The staff are really nice. The hostel is next to the city center with the cathedral, bars, resturants and grocery stores. There is a good kitchen for cooking and it's a decently social hostel with people lounging around the main area. They have an arepa making class Mondays or tuesday nights? Good way to meet people. I got the private room and it was very spacious. Quiet at night and very safe. I would recommend staying here if you can .

This is a fresh place to stay in Santa Ana! Safe, secure, cozy and comfortable. Loved the hammocks and roof top deck. Friendly staff, great free breakfast, and a nice social atmosphere

I really liked the hospitality and the kindness of the whole staff, from the people at the reception to the manager of the hotel. The location is also great, as it is not far away from the city center, which make both walking and taking an uber a great option. There is a restaurant on the spot (we didn't try it thou) and delicious breakfasts. Beer selection is also good. Close to it there are a couple of great popuserias, which we really recommend trying. The overall experience here was great and we will definitely come back when in the country again.

The staff was very nice, Mr Samuel was very nice to me and patient, he offered help since some words in Spanish i didn't understand. And the place was 🙂 nice.
