    Quiet area, but not far from the center, safe private parking, room with all facilities, comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Very kind staff and excellent breakfast. It has its own very good restaurant, with products from its own farm. Excellent price-quality ratio.

    Great location. Everything you need is nearby, such as public transport, cafes and shops. The apartment is warm and clean. Very nice to have fast wifi and Netflix. The owner is friendly, he was always in touch.

    Booked for my older parents, it was their second stay in this hotel. During the first stay in February they forgot a cashmere sweater (no the cheapest one) in one of the rooms. When they returned in August and randomly asked the staff about the sweater forgotten half a year ago (even being confused with color :) ) the staff of the hotel was able to find the sweater! Incredible, thanks a lot to the staff!

    Very large & comfortable apartment in a new modern building. All finishing looks good and pleasant visually. All one needs in terms of furniture and kitchen appliances. All utilities/installations work well. Nice view from hill top. Quiet and safe. The host was immediately present at request and always very kind, ready to serve, all needs were solved very timely and gladly. If you travel by car, location is conveniently close to city center/attractions. I would stay here again, clearly.

    The apartment was big, comfortable and had a great location. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, but we stayed for just one night and didn't use it. It's located on the ground floor, surrounded by trees, quiet, not sunny at all like the name says, however that was actually perfect for us, as it was very hot outside and very pleasant inside. Only big towels, no hand towels and no shower curtain. Good internet and all the TV channels you could wish for. No intercom or lock on the building door, but the area seemed very safe.
