Only 1 km from the city centre and 2 km from the famous Malbork Castle, Internat Dedal offers you affordable and functional accommodation with en suite bathrooms.

In addition to the conference room for up to 70 people, this property features a guarded car park. It has a peaceful location in a residential area and is an excellent starting point for those who want to explore this historic city.

I did stay twice: once Aug. 26 - 27 and the second time September 1 - September 2. The location is very convenient if one is driving to or from Kaliningrad. The receptionist speaks excellent English and is very helpful. My objective was to get a comfortable rest to drive in the early morning the next day and it was fulfilled. I like the soup menu in the restaurant and the prices are reasonable.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

The family appears to be a friedly and happy one. The son met me on arrival. He speaks perfect english. Usually the mother is to meet you. She speaks german. Anyway the place is nice, cheap and clean, not too far away from the walking bridge to the castle. Wi-Fi works. You can put your bicycle in the carage for safety. Overall a very good stay. Good value for the prize.
