Super clean Hostel with a nice rooftop terrace and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Location is ok, ca 10 min a little bit uphill from the center.

Pretty 4-story house with lots of plants and a rooftop. Staff is friendly and hostel provides tours. The dorms have the best beds with hotel like thick mattresses and a clean and modern bathroom. Wifi is reliable too. I highly recommend staying there!

Everything! This is place is really one of my favorite hostels in South America so far! It's super clean, beds are so comfy, nice rooftop. The staff is really amazing and helps you out wherever they can! It's also perfectly located at walking distance from the plaza, yet super quiet! The dorm comes with a big and clean (!) bathroom and an amazing hot shower! This place deserves a triple 10!

We loved our stay here! The hostel is about a 5 minute walk to the main plaza and tucked away enough that the area is quiet. Breakfast was something a little different everyday and always delicious, usually consisting of some form of egg, bread, fruit/yucca, and coffee. The kitchen is spacious and had everything you need to cook a meal. The staff were very kind and even let us check out late since we were waiting to leave on our night bus.

The hostel was extremely clean. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which was cleaned daily, they even changed the bed sheets frequently. The service was very good, they helped whenever they could and were very friendly. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom big with super nice hot shower.

Owner is a super friendly entrepreneur and Chachapoyas native. He knows everything about the tours and things you can do in the town. He made the place special. The hostel itself is exactly as advertised, it's a home/hostel. All you need to have a great stay is available: Comfortable and warm beds. Free towels. Washing machine. Kitchen. Hot showers. Excellent location. It's not glamorous, it's a simple home.
