The owner is very helpful and accomodating. We booked on the same day and already late since we missed the last bus going to Nagano station. We called the owner to hail a taxi for us but he picked us up at the bus station in 5 minutes. The house itself is very clean and has complete amenities. You can cook in the kitchen if you like. The room itself is also very spacious and has an attic sala.

What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

We had an amazing time. Hoped we could stay longer. The common area is sunny and confortable. The kitchen is well equiped. The bathrooms are clean. The beds were confortable. We had great visit recommendations from the owner ; we should have asked for recs before booking anything! Would definitely come again!

it was perfectly located 1 minute from bus terminal and at two of the shuttle stops for Happo Ski. it is across street from convenience store and walking distance to many restaurants. there is ample ski storage. the breakfast is hot and cooked as you arrive each morning. the staff is incredibly hospitable and even brought us a breakfast cart for our last day due to our very early departure time. this was such a pleasant experience for us. the staff also was very helpful prior to our arrival. they answered all questions promptly and sent us information to help guide us on our transportation options to arrive in Hakuba. our room was ample in size with comfy beds (not horribly common throughout Japan), our room was warm and we liked the. couch to kick back on and relax after a long day skiing.

It is very close to Hakuba JR Station. You can walk a short distance each day to take the shuttle bus to the snow resort. The staff was very kind and the check-in process went very smoothly. The rooms are very large and feel perfect for 4 people, and the value for money is excellent. The view out of the room was excellent. There is a parking lot outside the hotel.
