Conveniently located just 5 miles from Heathrow Airport and a mere 8-minute drive from the renowned Twickenham Stadium, Heathrow Stay offers the perfect combination of affordability and comfort for travellers seeking a budget-friendly accommodation option near London's major attractions.

I really cannot understand the unfavorable reviews. It's clearly stated in the description that the rooms are above a pub (and a VERY nice one), which means that until midnight it will of course be loud. After the pub closes, it gets completely quiet. My suggestion is to just take profit of this fact and have a good pint before going to bed! For that price and the excellent location on the Piccadilly line, I wouldn't ask for more. The building is a very beautiful, old English house, which I found very charming. The staff at the reception has been very professional, kind and fast. Check-in was instant. The room was very comfortable and with everything one can need.

A family-run hostel set in the heart of central London, Saint James Backpackers is just 5 minutes’ walk from Earls Court Station. Rated one of the best hostels in London 2017 by the Telegraph and combining original Victorian architecture with modern amenities, it offers complimentary breakfast and dinner.

All that I needed from a hostel was a clean bed and clean bathrooms which they did have but was surprised to find the free meals, friendly and helpful staff, fun activities every night, and a lounge area both indoors and outdoors to work/chill.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

It's in a great location in Richmond, 15 mins walk to the river, 10 mins to lots of restaurants and bars. A big plus point is that it has a private car park, which is great as parking is a problem in this area, and if you do find a spot on the rd its expensive. The staff are very helpful. Yes the bathroom could do with updating, and the beds not the most comfortable, but our room was clean, and had kettle with teabags coffee etc it's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for

Stayed here with family. Cheapest I could find for London for my dates. I see alot of negative reviews. Look in my opinion you get what you pay for. I wanted somewhere cheap and to put the head down as we were out all day everyday. This fulfilled it. Its an apartment in your everyday street. We never used gardens etc. Have everything you needed. If we visited London again Id stay here no problem. Great location to Richmond centre and train station and shops. Hosts were very helpful and great communication befofe and throughout my stay.
