Place had very comfy beds and all our basic needs for fridge and bathroom were met. The day we stayed, it was only us at the hostel, so it was very quiet and we had the bathroom all to ourselves. Gordon, the host was really lovely and friendly, he made sure the heating was on prior to our arrival as it was raining cats and dogs out there. PS.: place is very easy to find - no need to run around and find off beaten paths.

Great location within walking distance from the signpost. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and again the sole-charge server was excellent.

Great location. Staff were so keen. Splendid dinner, fish and chips were amazing. We had room no1 which had views to the west, and north to the Orkneys.
