The building is very pretty and well-decorated. The bathrooms had a nice feel to them. The staff were helpful too. I appreciate that they stored my bags for me while I was out in the day :)

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
This character building had a great location. One feels the history of the area. Old pub room for an evening drink was cozy. Location was great as we could walk into the centre of the old city easily. No breakfast was available for us, but the staff recommended an amazing breakfast place across the street with which we were very pleased.
Our luggage was safely kept for us after we checked out - so we could wander through Bath at our leisure.
I loved the concept, really cheap accommodation at the uni. I was expecting less but got more than I was hoping for. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller, quite modern and new bathroom facilities. No tv but I was out anyway. Bed was comfy and everything was spotless. Check in was easy, finding the room was ok. Signs everywhere to help. Key card entry to all areas so felt safe and secure.
Great location right in the city centre. Super friendly staff and guests. I stayed in a private twin room, with a sink, wardrobe and drawers. The bed was basic but comfy, and the room was toasty warm. I felt safe as a single woman (it was my first time staying in a hostel so I hadn't been sure what to expect).
The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and warm. The dormitory was clean and the toilets and showers were too. The location is just a short walk from the city centre, but far enough to be very quiet and give you somehow the feeling that you are in a country house. Wi-Fi was working correctly all through the hostel.
Cheap and cheerful! The rooms are classic hostel style dorms with bunk beds, so you know what you're getting. The beds were clean. The location is great, right in the centre of town.
Great location if you're visiting Bath but if you're staying more than one night, don't go cheap. No fault of the hostel's but the six bed Room # 1was noisy, people on Green Street and other hostellers arriving late. Bath room not awful but cramped. Would try the double next time if not travelling alone.
Great location, there's a lot of restaurant and a waitrose nearby.
I had good talks with one of the roommates.
There are not many hostels in this area, so it's a "good" option if you're on budget.
