The receptionist is very helpful and do me a great favor. I appreciated it. Even though individual room is near dormitory area, but the night I stayed was very quiet. I had a wonderful sleep so that I was full of energy at the last day to my destination.

The concierge was very helpful and humorous. The shower and toilet facilities were really good for an albergue like this. The kitchen facilities and lounge area were really good. There was somewhere to go to have a private phonecall using the wifi (outside by the washing machines), which may not sound like much, but many of these albergues do not have anywhere like this.
