The staff was amazing, always helpful and happy to help. There was a really nice vibe in the hostel which sadly I couldn’t experience more as I was there just for one night. Lots of activities, free churros during the morning and some dinners included. The bed has curtains and own light and place to charge which it’s a plus! I really liked it!!

The location was close to the Puerta del Sol and it was easy to walk to touristic places and museums. The size of the room was ok and the bathroom was clean. You have to bring your own padlock, but if you don't have one you can buy one at the reception for 3 euros. There was free tea/coffee and the tap water is drinkable. All staff including reception, kitchen and cleaning were friendly and helpful.

I’m staying more nights that I planned for working issues I’m having but the staff and most of all Araceli are being super nice and gentle with me and the other guests.
Thank you so much! I’m suggesting to stay in this hostel 100%!!
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
For an overnight stay with our dog en route from Galicia to the Costa Blanca this was fine. It is a budget hotel in a very pleasant residential area of an exclusive part of the outskirts of Madrid. The conserje was pleasant on our arrival but was the only person we saw during our stay. We didn’t have breakfast.
Spacious rooms with good facilities. E.g. Excellent shower and bathroom, good safe, lots of tv channels, tea and coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff on reception.
Nicely located in a safe and leafy suburb 25mins outside of Madrid. The rooms are well-appointed with ample cupboard space and a powerful shower. The breakfast selection is impressive and each and every member of staff is courteous and friendly.
Great location for trams into the city. Quiet area lots of bars and restaurants and grocers within 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and spacious. On leaving our friends had left something behind. Staff found it and brought it to us for them. Very helpful.
I liked the friendly staff including front desk, house keeping and dining room attendants. I loved the breakfast, it was good every day. My room was comfy with a TV and a safe for valuables.
