    Modern and beautiful apartment, equipped with all necessities, excellent wifi, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofa and large screen TV. In the area there are public transport stops and shops within a short distance. The owner is very kind, precise, punctual in handing over the keys. A very helpful person. I caused a small problem with the safe and he immediately solved the problem. Very easy check-in and check-out. I hope to return again in the future.

    It should be 12m2 and 1 bunk bed, but I get 6m2 with 2 bunk beds. When I ask on reception to change room, guy who was there told me that is what it is. Very bad experience. DISASTER!

    This best location if you are going to Football game or Starlight Express. Also tram station is not too far, or if you want to use cab, it is also good. Parking from of hotel was great and relatively cheap. Room was good and quite.

    Very friendly attentive staff of hotel. We couldn't have breakfast in the hotel, the staff offered a lunch box instead. That is excellent service! Safe spacious parking for cars at 8€ cost. Sauna in hotel is free and very clean. Comfortable beds, airconditioning and feather duvet!

    The cheapest hotel in Bochum, short walk from U-bahn with bus stop in front of the hotel. Very simple, mostly for one-night stays, but If you're on budget, it's almost two times cheaper than other hotels in town. Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi. Bed was ok.
