Staff is super friendly, helpful and nice. Installations are amazing, very colorful, you have everything you need...eve a small pool to bask in the sun. Breakfast is filling, and you even get a welcome drink . Worth noting that they take action for good customer service. The dorm I stayed in had an issue with the AC and still had a fan. Well, they were kind enough to offer all 6 occuoants to move to another hostel (they were full), send us by taxi for the inconvenience. I think that was an amazing thing to do. And..the day I left took a taxi to the airport which was to charge me 20000.. instead he did 25000. I let the hostel know and they reported the driver. Thanks for all!!

Nice and clean beds, fun people around! breakfast was ok! the hostel is close to everything…it rained a lot when I stayed there and water would come in to the reception area, it was like a waterfall inside the place! but the whole city was totally flooded. very uncommon. Leandro was very nice and always helping us find something to do around! the staff is fun! stayed one night and will probably come back again! very fair price! bathrooms are clean and the only thing is that water is cold, if you like taking warm showers this is not the place for you LOL! I loved it all.

Best hostal in Cartagena if you ask me! With all facilities you need. Nice pool, nice rooms with a good bed, nice courtyard to chill and meet other travellers. You have to try all the cocktails (best in town!!) who are made by the hottest and sweetest bartender!😍 The activities are also very nice, especially the pubcrawl! And I really love the staff, they are all so kind and willing to help if you need anything. Stefanie, Hector, Daniel, Jesus, Alejandro, Jorje, Jordan, thanks for making my three weeks feeling like home with you guys! Feeling like a part of the staff after so many nights here, I am going to miss you all! (especially Hector jajaja, XX)
