Hostel is located inside a historic building about 20 mins walk from the town centre. Our room was spacious with a double, a single and a bunk bed. Breakfast was very nice with some Swiss specialties (ovomaltine ;-)!
The receptionist and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was good, rooms are really big - shared bathrooms are clean and big and available almost always

I arrived quite late and the lady was very accommodating. Communication on the messaging app was great and she replied very quickly. The last who greeted me was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The room was good and considering this was one of the cheapest places I could find I was very impressed. I had a single bed, plenty of sockets to charge my devices and a shared shower room next door. Everything was clean and tidy.
Location was excellent, it’s located just underneath the castle and just a few steps from the waterfront. The town is a few minutes walk away and the huge waterfall is a 45-60 minute stroll along the river.
Is be happy to stay here again especially if the price is right.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
No bike storage had to bring my bike to a storage facility and carry all my packs no kitchen for cooking. Rooms were very hot and staff were not helpful and rude. If you are traveling by bike or back packing this is not a hostel
The hostel is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is quiet at night and it is about a 10-minute walk to the station.
If you go to Zürich airport, this hostel is a good alternative to the Zürich hostels.
Lovely large spacious room which had a terrace with a lovely view - Room 8. Great location and only 5 mins to the train station and a few supermarkets near by. A lovely Mexican restaurant underneath and we were given a free drink and an appetiser. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
The staff was really helpful and full of empathy. I had a really long and difficult trip and arrived after 'hours'. Debora had kept dinner that I had ordered but by the time I arrived I just couldn't do with dinner. They didn't charge me with it the day after and were really nice with it. I also liked the fact that in a Youth Hostel not all were too young/old to be there.
