Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great location in Santarem close to the river. The wonderful view from the breakfast room made our stay special from the first day. Nice and attentive staff! Great breakfast, comfortable bed and silent room offered a good sleap.
The owners of the hostel were very, very niceand friendly. They took care of everything, even welcomed us late in the night and organized a taxi for us. The next day we were able to spontaneously stay another night. They have a beautiful property that feels like home.
I had the only small single room en suite, which was clean, cozy and generally very good value.
The host was super nice and took great care of me and my safety, and there's even a good fresh breakfast included!

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
