We arrived after hours so didn’t get to meet staff, but there was clear communication how to arrive after hours and leave again before the office opened.
Budget and family friendly hotel. The hotel is basic but in a great location close to the main foreshore. I remember coming to this hotel when I was a child. Kids loved the pool and tennis court and the atrium with all the plants hanging down is beautiful. We booked a two bedroom apartment with 5 beds and everything that we needed for our stay. Very well priced 😀
