Easy access with mobile app to get into the house and keypad to get into the room. Basic and comfortable room very close to shared bath and kitchenette with a small table and loveseat. This is the only living space we had access to outside the bedroom, it's small but cozy, fine for low-maintenance light travelers like us. There were no other guests and the owner was away (they were reachable by text message and responsive) so we had a quiet stay with no in-person interaction. Positive experience all-around.
