This is one of the best places in El Tunco. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and the beach. The linens were very clean!!! I was very impressed with the staff, who were so helpful with giving us recommendations and they spoke very good English. She even helped us book surfing lessons! Thank you so much!

It was pretty empty while there, so we had the place mostly to ourselves, which was nice. The hangout spot is beautiful and everything is a short walk away. At the hostel, each room has a patio. Amazing hostel right near el palmarcito beach. Great pool and excellent kitchen facilities. The owners live on the property with their two daughters which means it's always really well kept. They have recently renovated one dorm (currently doing the other) which is amazing! It has a strong personal fan for each bed and large locker space - we had the best sleep we've had in central America for a non-aircon accommodation. Beach is 200m away and ideally for non-surfers there's natural pools there (free to use during the week). Pupuserias within walking distance and whilst no nearby fresh food there's morning delivery trucks that pass by. Cannot recommend enough!

This was an incredible stay and really felt like a once in a lifetime stay. it is simply a hut on the beach in a stunning location on the beach. the room is just sectioned off with a curtain and there is no real window but waking up and seeing the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the sea is amazing. Ulisses and his family were exceptional hosts and it enhanced an already an already unforgettable stay. we also took the surf lessons and had an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone considering booking.

Everything was spot on for my needs. I had work to do, and the WiFi was excellent, as was the AC. Marie, the hostess, was lovely, let me do some washing, and generally made sure I had what I needed. The kitchen was also much appreciated, as was my balcony overlooking the beach. Will definitely stay again.
