But the best part was the particularly helpful hosts, two wonderful local women. They really went out of their way to provide me with additional information and take care of all my needs.

It has been by far my favorite place in my whole trip in Peru. The room was spotless and there was a great selection of welcoming tea. Janny and her family are lovely. They made me feel very confortable from the moment I walked in. Janny has been very helpful and she provided me a hiking map of the surroundings. The place feels super safe. There is a nice inner courtyard with a table that is perfect for evening reading and also a beautiful garden at the back with mountain view. There is a very good vibe at this place and it was perfect for resting after extenuating travel throughout the country.

I had a shared 4 bed room and had no problems there at all. The first night I even had the place to myself. The beds were decent and did not bother me one bit. The shower had hot water which is always a plus. And because it is a little bit of a walk (less than a mile) from the city center, you get a much more calmer environment without all of the crazy music and honking.

There’s a free washing machine for use, clothes line, plenty of grass and a fire pit. Extremely peaceful and beautiful, our favourite stay in Peru.
