It is located 1.1 km from Plaza de Armas Puno and offers a concierge service. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The room was exactly like in the pictures. The owner shared with us many useful information (how to get around the city, how to reach the airport), he booked for us a good, well priced tour to Uros island. The accomodation was worth every cent. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was above expectations for Peruvian standards. We felt welcome and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if coming back to Puno. This place truly deserves it's rating.

Staying at Sariri Lodge was one of the most interesting experiences of our trip to Peru and Bolovia.
We were warmly welcomed by Isaac and his wife. They did everything to help us feeling confortable.
The boat trip and fishing trip with Isaac (included in the price) is even better than the standard tours to Taquile or to Isla del Sol. I loved every moment here.
The room is clean, spacious, with the best sunset view.
Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Boasting luggage storage space, this property also has a restaurant and an outdoor fireplace. The homestay has family rooms. I absolutely loved ,my stay with Richar, Lucrezia and their daughter Isabel. They made me feel so at home. I loved my very clean room with a spectacular view of the lake from a few windows! Also there is a balcony to hang out and lake/star gaze. IT is incredibly peaceful there. The food was delicious, home made and very healthy. I loved eating with the family. My spanish is not very good but I was able to communicate well with them and Richar taught me some important Quechua words and I learned a lot about their community. Richar also showed me around his garden and he explained what crops he is growing. I met his chickens, guinea pigs and sheep. Their daughter was a fantastic guide and took me to the beach and we walked up Apu Pachamama together which was very special. It was a very memorable experience and I will definitely come back! One thing is that the village is on the other side of the Island from where you come in by boat. I rode on the back of a motorcycle for 20 minutes to get there! It was a thrill and a beautiful way to see more of the island!

Llachon
Featuring a bar, Posada de Oliver features accommodation in Llachon. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The homestay has a public bath, outdoor fireplace and picnic area, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. This was a perfect stay. Oliver, Sebastiana and their children are a lovely family who you instantly feel at home with. The room we had was spacious, private and had a beautiful view of the lake. Hot water and WiFi worked amazingly for the area and the food provided (for an extra cost, but really good value), was very tasty and varied. There are a few walks to do in the area to keep you busy, and Oliver can also take you out on his boat to some of the local islands and to see the trout farm he runs (again, for an extra fee but for what you get, we thought it was really good value for money. You have to remember you have the boat completely to yourselves and there were no other tourists on the floating island we visited, making the experience very authentic). There's a really nice outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and view. Getting there is also very easy with collectivos going regularly from Puno and Juliaca for next to nothing. Nothing could have been better. Thank you Oliver, Sebastiana, Diana and little Adele.

Great hostel in Puno. Great vale for money, nice rooms. Good breakfast. Close to train station.
Wonderful Host family, very interesting to talk to, warm-hearted and super well organised. Also absolutely amazing trout! Would definitely stay again :)
I had a great stay at the Urpi Wasi. Giovanni is a great host, he did everything possible to make the stay as nice as can be. The beds are really comfortable, the whole place was very clean and welcoming. There was a nice atmosphere among all the people staying there.
Friendly welcoming family, big food portions and very tasty. Bedroom very comfortable and bathrooms also very clean. Jose Luis spoke English which was very helpful. Authentic homestay experience, gave us traditional clothes for the dance in the evening and they brought and danced with us.
Lovely hotel with outstanding views. The location just outside Puno was great, only a short inexpensive taxi ride into town. We spent a night on the uros islands in a homestay prior to our stay here and the hotel is right next to the port used for the pick up and drop off. Breakfast at this hotel is outstanding, best in our month in Peru. Loved the jacuzzi in the spa area. Staff were very helpful and service was excellent. Overall a great 5 star stay.
Good hostel in Puno, near Plaza de Armas. Very clean, good breakfast and nice staff.
Eddy was amazing as a host and made our whole trip run smoothly! The location is breathtaking and views are amazing. Eddy set us up a boat tour the next day of a nearby island and dropped us off to join the tour. The food was simple but delicious and his family very kind. Everything was provided to make the whole trip stress free such as pick up from the bus station and a boat to the homestay. Highly recommend this experience!!
Lina and Leonardo are great hosts! They picked us up at the harbor by boat, cooked us dinner and organized our trip the next day on lake Titicaca. Lina has a very sunny and bubbly personality and she is a great entertainer and business woman :) breakfast was also great and we had hot water bottles to keep us warm at night (since there is no heating). It’s very beautiful to wake up already on Uros islands and start the tour of the lake a little later (as to compared with starting in Puno).
remote location so peaceful and relaxing lovely host family who cooked for us and served us in the room ! they had gorgeous cats and kittens too 😻
