The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

The location was fantastic we were close to everything the beach, the central part of the town and a couple of minutes' walk from the train station. Roderick and Nancy were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much bother lovely people.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The studio design was super cool and the place was spotless! Owner was very helpful too :) Pictures don't do it justice. The studio is situated in a lovely quiet area and is only a 15 minute bike+ferry ride away from the city centre.
