The host is very accommodating. The check-in was smooth. Our homestay is nice and clean at the time of arrival. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Second time staying here, was just as good as the first time around. High standards of cleanliness, comfortable beds for both rooms that aren't too soft, really comfy sofa in the living room too. Most other homestays here in Troika don't bother changing the developer given furniture. Host was very communicative, easy to talk to and super accommodating.
Easy checkin n checkout, good host, location is perfect, got pool, room was so big, pillows are good.
The homestay is clean, in the city centre of KB and the owner provided very clear information on key taking and access to the car park
A one step above your average homestay in kelantan, wasn’t expecting the unit to be this good, been thru a few homestay and by far this is the best in KB that we have been thru, would actually repeat the same unit for future work/travel accommodations, kudos to the owner for hosting such a good Unit for us 👍🏻 The price is actually low compared to the typical “kampung homestay” in kelantan 👍🏻

If you need a place to rest and to recharge, this is the place to be! You will not only find a second home, but also a second family! I have never stayed in a place with such lovely hosts, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an accident and was really glad I stayed with Mommy and the Captain! The rooms are clean and cosy and the beds super comfortable. Everything is working fine, from the WIFI, TV, aircon, to the shower. Really pretty garden and nice pool to cool off. If possible, I would give you guys a 100! :-)
