I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. These people are so kind! I ate my dinner there twice and the seafood Manu serves is great! The location is short distance from the beach. Silent beach is close by and walkable, but I rented a scooter. Shower is cold, but clean, just like the whole room. AC works perfect.

At the homestay, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

It is set 35 km from Situlpawwa and offers a 24-hour front desk. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The air conditioning worked well plus a strong ceiling fan. The room was clean as well and the host provided an adapter in the room. He also welcomed us with two fresh coconut waters and on the morning of our safari at 5am he was kind enough to make us coffee. On our last day he gave us fresh watermelon slices before checking out. We were also picked up and dropped off from the bus station by the host. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend

Great spot to base yourself for Yala Park. The Cabana has 2 rooms available to book, one on the top floor with a terrace and one on the ground floor. My friend and I each booked one of the rooms which are equal in size and amenities. Very clean and a decent shower, good ac and wifi. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped us with booking a Yala Park Tour. Best breakfast! Overall, great price and spot for access to Yala.

Such a wondeful place to stay. The host is so helpful and friendly. He helped us arrange a safari with a very good guide and took us around to local attractions like birdwatching and batwatching and made getting to and from Tissa easy. Good food and clean room.

The treehouse is right on the lake where we enjoyed relaxing and bird watching with the sunrise early in the morning. Fantastic food prepared by our hosts who are a very warm and kind family. This was a great spot to head into Yala on safari or just enjoy relaxing from the cabana balcony. We hope to return again one day - Thank you!!

Hosts were so friendly and helpful, they helped us book a safari which was also excellent and very good price. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka. Hot water, good AC, very clean, couldn’t be nicer!

Just a super cool unique experience. We got lucky and got upgraded to the treehouse and the views and experience of walking along the wooden handmade walkways was super cool. The food was good and the eating area was very unique and right on the beach. It rained a bit but having the elevated room made up for it.
