Joy’s guesthouse was perfect for us. it’s in the main area of Inverness and just 10 mins walk from the train station. the room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy and floor was well carpeted. Easy check in and check out process. Joy was a lovely host and easy communication! The guest house looked like a cute boutique hotel. Will definitely recommend Carisbrooke for anybody looking to stay in Inverness 👍

She made us feel so welcome and at home. Her home and guest house was an absolute treasure, shame that we couldn’t stay longer. She provided us with so many helpful recommendations and we look forward to coming back one day. Would recommend to anyone, a very short drive to town too!

Excellent views across the bay and quality food available from the local pub, some 10 minutes' walk away. Ideally situated if driving the NC500, being a relatively short drive from John O'Groats. Good to have access to proper coffee!
