Though small (standard for London) but enough space for 2 people. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. The location is great. 5 mins to the underground and buses. Located in a safe area and secure building. There is a restaurant next door which is very convenient.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Clean, Organized, Convenient with a ton of Thoughtful touches all around exuding a Luxury feel with plethora of added options. He even had Sensodyne toothpaste for us, with 2 water bottles and a nice fan to keep the place all warm and toasty making it harmoniously comfortable. They had plenty of towels and the sheets smelled super fresh and my double bed was what I needed to stretch out the tensions from London traffic. Super bright and safe and parking privileges was just absolutely outstanding and convenient. Tv was easy to use and basically whole experience was complete and the place is not lacking in anything at all. Definitely will be back. Can’t go wrong for the price. Even has a nice outside patio feature with extra bathrooms and extra tvs everywhere.

My room was small but very cozy. I had everything that I need in my room - including kettle, small fridge, umbrella, power plug adapter and a lot more. Also there was a welcome drink! Breakfast was good, and I very much enjoyed having a coffee in a nice backyard. Shared bathroom did not cause any issue - I had never waited for someone else, and it was very clean. I really felt like I'm at home. Host was very friendly and helpful - thanks Rosy for this experience! There are many shops, cafe's etc in walking distance. No underground. 2 train stations in walking distance. Bus stop is also close but roads a very busy. so better to take train to get to city center.

Andy is a very nice man, helpful and kind. He takes care of his guests. We had a wonderful surprise at the arrival:)❤️

Not having stayed in a private house before I was a little apprehensive but Santhu was very welcoming and even allowed us to arrive early. The room was an excellent size, clean and had a great bathroom. The accommodation is on a major bus route with buses about every ten minutes going towards Bexley Heath and towards the train station to London. Highly recommended and we would stay again
