Lovely huge bathroom, huge bed and a really comfy sofa. Plenty of wardrobe space. Tea and coffee making. 2 wine glasses and a bottle opener. A refillable glass bottle of cold water in the fridge and a bottle of milk. There were hand soap and shower/shampoo (all refillable) which is great to see rather than individual toiletries. There were guide books in the hallway that you could borrow for walking and cycling. The owner was really welcoming and very accommodating. Beautiful house. Location was perfect.

Lovely house and very friendly owners. Breakfast was great, location very convenient for staying near the airport or for a longer stay. Surrounding area very nice and good local facilities.

Risley Guest House offers accommodations in a quiet rural setting, located only 2 minutes from the M1 motorway Junction 25. Derby and Nottingham are 14.5 km away. Bus Stops are very close with the I4 Buses that run into the center of Derby and center of Nottingham. Everything, Risley Guest House was the perfect stay for both me and my partner, the room we stayed in was super comfortable and had everything we needed from plates and cutlery, mini fridge/microwave/kettle with tea, hot chocolate and coffee which all got re stocked whenever we returned in the evenings. Everything was super clean and Hope and her partner are the perfect hosts, super friendly and felt very welcomed. Nothing was too much for them! Absolutely will be staying here again and have already booked in ready for Download Festival 2024!
