They made it easy to arrive and enter, as well as pay, without being there. I found the room to be everything I wanted for a night in Seville. Everything was clean and it was fine. The fact that it was near public transportation and the staff gave me help to find the place and also to get to the airport the next day was much appreciated.

Great location, lovely host. Big spacious comfortable flat with high ceilings, lots of natural light and good blinds when needed, as well as air con. 4 bedrooms, 2 with double and 2 with bunk beds. Beds were very comfortable. Washing machine, iron available. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, and plates, mugs, cutlery enough for 10 people. The flat was clean and pleasant. 2 bathrooms and towels were available.
Ruben was a great host, and we loved our stay at this property. We had the ground floor, which was spacious and quiet. Cleanliness was beyond excellent. Fluffy towels, soft drinks in the fridge, oils and condiments in the kitchen, and so on meant a stressless, comfortable stay. No noise, all rooms air conditioned and only 15 min or so walk to the old town. Supermarkets and Trains station just a short walk away. Brilliant.
The apartment was very clean, very well appointed and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street just 15-20 minutes on foot from the monumental area (cathedral, Alcazar, city hall etc.). There's a lift to get to it (second floor). It's great to have a garage even if located five minutes on foot from the apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night and managed to enter with the keys left in a locked box with a code to open it sent to us. Instructions very detailed with videos sent to us, so great host!

It was a great experience in Seville in this loft! So clean and convenient place with everything you need for a perfect stay. And a great hosts! I would give them 11 if there is such a rating!
Paco is a great host, this historic place is getting put together nicely by him and his staff. Beds are comfortable and the area is quiet and semi rural. Mercadona is within a walking distance Train is better from Hercules station (local) and not Bellavista (intercity) as there is more trains and ticket is cheaper to and from Sevilla. Paco is happy to provide shuttle service if needed. I saw cool people staying here and wish to come back!
It was difficult to locate even the locals didn't know exactly where it was. It could do with a sign on the door or wall it had number 8 above the door but it could have been easier to define
This hotel was formerly a mansion of a wealthy family. The mansion is now fabulously transformed to restaurant and hotel. Staying here allow us to understand what a private home looked like. It was wonderful.
