Great location, Lilly the owner is sooo sweet. I came just to relax and walk around and she was super helpful for tips of less touristy areas and nice views. I would return! The room was very nice.

Very comfortable bed and amazing breakfast! The host was amazing and super helpful. Breakfast and coffee were the best!!

This hotel is located at Xingping Ancient Town, staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean and nice, toilet bowl seat is heated, hotel lobby is well decorated and served with hot tea, sweet potatoes and tangerine through out the day. At the back entrance is the ancient town street, whereas the front entrance is facing the river and there is a car park there. Breakfast is delicious and you can ask for refill. At the top floor, there is a washer cum dryer, you can use it for free. 10 to 15 mins walk to 20RMB scenic area. Overall, we like this hotel and highly recommended this hotel.

Situated not far from Ping’an car park, the hotel is quite easy to get to, free luggage transport from Pingan car park is provided. Best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. Jason and his wife helped me arrange transportation, answered all question I had about everything I needed and much more. The food was delicious. Rooms were clean, spacious with great view. Connected me with people to help rest of my travels.

It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. All their staff were so amazing and went out of their way to take care of my family and I. They’re super helpful and their service was absolutely top notch. I love how they have their on site restaurant and served great western and Chinese food which meant we could pretty much choose to stay in the hotel all day long if we wanted to. It made meals for kids a lot easier and stress free! The small touches pushed the experience over the top - when I brought an apple to the courtyard for breakfast they immediately asked if I wanted it peeled and cut!

Surrounded by traditional Chinese farmhouses, it offers accommodation with stunning mountain views. Free WiFi access is available. Loved the laid back vibe of the village and the hotel. I was after a retreat from the city and that’s exactly what I got, didn’t want to leave! 老张 is very hospitable - always checking if you’re hungry and then will whip something up in the kitchen. Another guest that arrived said they wanted to hike some of the nearby hills so 老张 was like, ‘let’s go!’ and took us - the entrance is through someone else’s kitchen/back garden so we’d never have got access ourselves. He also mentioned he could take us to places to swim, climb etc. Really love the village atmosphere, everyone knows each other and knows the secret routes/best food spots. Reminded me of my rural village community in the UK. I was able to borrow 老张‘s road bike and cycled to the river to catch one of the rafts, it’s about a ~30min leisurely cycle to get there. There are cycle/foot paths along the river too, so another nice way to experience the scenery. The hotel itself is very quaint. I had one of the Japanese style single rooms and was very happy there, it looks exactly like the picture. They will pre-heat the bed for you in the colder months, nice touch! Water, tissues, towel etc all provided. The toilets and showers are just downstairs, a 10 second walk, and are very pleasant. The toilets are the Japanese ones with heated seats etc. The other helper is also lovely, and she packed my rucksack with fresh pomelo when I set off for my cycle excursion. They grow pomelo etc. beside the house, and also have chickens so eggs fresh too. Loved the rooftop, very zen and great view over the hills. They also have some friendly cats. Will 100% return.
