Full set of appliances, including a clothes washer/dryer! (We stayed in the Studio unit.) Full size refrig/freezer. Private outdoor covered sitting area with table. Wifi antenna in the room. Plush towels! The proprietor is super nice and helpful, gave us several recommendations for good restaurants downtown. She has a couple of great dogs too, if you're into that.

Great hosts. Fantastic house with way above average quality bathrooms, beds and foods. This is a B&B the way it should be. Good old fashioned hospitality and quality. Want a great wholesome experience (homemade soap in the bathroom, super nutritious and high quality included dinner and breakfast, thoughtful and likeable hosts, attention to detail) go here. Good location with nice walks along the waterfront close by. I recommend and hope to come back:)
We had a great stay at Misty Meadows! Lovely hosts, beautiful surroundings, and the cutest and cuddliest cats. With five people, we needed to use the pullout couch in addition to the two double beds. The breakfast was super nice, and options were offered to young family members who are picky about what they eat :)
I loved the ambience of this charming residence. The garden suite was perfect as it had an additional exit to enable me to exit and enter discreetly both early and late.
The view from our room/the property was amazing. This is a private home in a residential neighborhood. This is a nice place stay. It's away from the city and services but if have a car, you're only 5 minutes from many fine restaurants. We met one of the owners on arrival. He was very nice and helpful. Oh, and if you are into art, they have lots of it displayed in the room and the shared common spaces.
It was exquisite….beautiful view…tranquil and real escapism….going back in time. Terrylynn was delightful and offers a personal touch. Good local store selling everything. Locals very welcoming. 206 was the best!
Everything! Mina was a lovely host, the garden to hang out in was lovely, the room was great, the location worked very well for us.
It was a very comfortable and cosy room, spacious and very quiet. We could leave the window open at night for fresh air. Free parking and lovely hosts!
We loved this great apartment & guest bedrooms in a private home in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed the most stunning panoramic views of the ocean, islands & mountains from the large balcony. A very warm welcome from our host Charles and his family.
We were traveling from Tofino to Nanaimo and supposed to stay in Port Alberni for half of the day. But we have been stacked in road closure between Tofino and Ucluelet for 6 hours! And Bill was absolutely kind, helpful and supportive on the phone and he was waiting for us till 12.30 am!!! to let us in and welcome! We are so appreciate it! And even it was private home on amazing lake bank, his professional and human attitude shocked us a lot! Its exactly what you are looking for in such extraordinary situation we had!
