We stayed for one night and it was amazing! At first we had some problems with transport to the homestay, but we managed to get to the homestay by motorbike. The road is a bit bumpy, but the pin on the map is accurate and it’s also an easy walk down the hill from the main street. Pe, his brother and whole family were very friendly and kind! We did short walk around and had family dinner with them - food was delicious and it was a great experience for us! Accommodation was clean and modern, hot shower and clean bedsheets ;)) In the morning Pe’s family made pancakes and organised a ride back to Sapa city to catch our bus for us. Soo kind, thanks!

I was in Sa Pa on the first days of a 47-day holiday. Sa Pa was my favorite place during my holiday and this was also my favorite facility. This village house in the Muong Hoa valley is clean and comfortable, and I should also mention that the room is very well-organized. I should mention that you will see real hospitality. They will serve you very nice breakfast and meals. You will be hosted by very good people. I recommend you to stay in this house, which is in a very good location in the valley. I want to come to Vietnam again and stay here. The views from the garden of the house are wonderful. Let me add them too.

The family is very welcoming and super helpful. I was there for a few days and had to extend my stay due to get food positing and the rains of the typhoon. They always took care of me and checked how I was doing.
The place is clean and organised, the view is stunning. You can just seat and spend hours there.
One big advantage is you have free drinking water. Not every place has and I think it’s a big positive point.
Price is really good too for the accommodation.
A few other travellers stop there as well and it is like a small community with many areas to socialise.
About food: you can order lunch and dinner with the family and everything is home cooked and good quality. Breakfast can be order too and it’s a basic option of eggs two toast bread and butter.
Location is very convenient. Just a few minutes from SaPa town and a bit away from main road so very quiet.
The share rooms are traditional Vietnamese house: mattress on the floor with curtains. But mine were all in super good condition.

Okay, so usually I don’t write reviews, so this one is special, Pe and his family is a MUST stay in Sapa, they’re the closest to a family I had in Vietnam, warm welcome, cozy stay and a lot to learn about them, plus the best Family dinners. I sincerely hope that his homestay will be the most recommended in Sapa because God knows this guys are Great!

Lovely place with a nice view, very quiet away from the crowds, they have the restaurant inside and the dinner was great!

Staying with Pe and his lovely family on their farm/homestay was one of the best and most authentic experiences in Vietnam for us. They were very kind and you get to know them and their culture over dinner. The food was good, fresh and there was always plenty for everyone. We stayed 4 nights and loved every second of it. The trekking we did with them was beautiful as well.

Such an amazing experience! Pe Thao was a wonderful host. He boasted with energy and enthusiasm. The views were spectacular & some of the best trekking we’ve done in Southeast Asia. The family was welcoming and the homestay was filled with animals and children. It was truely an authentic experience!

Peaceful surroundings in the middle of the ricefields, away from busy roads. Helpful host couple. Nice with possibilty to have dinner with the family.

When arriving and walking the 200 m from the taxi to the house you will probably be approached by local girls wanting to sell crafts. Wait with buying from them. The hosts mother has a little shop in the homestay. Maybe you want to purchase from them instead.
Great location. Walking distance from the trails. Lovely homestay with great family. Sapa fields can be seen from the window and you can hear waterfalls in the back. Perfect country stay!
