It is not in the center center but there are nice places to eat out. It is quite cosy and nice room. It has an elevator and the room is clean. I was quite satisfiedl A/C is a little bit not enoguh but this is the problem of all A/Cs in Vietnam I guess. The owner was not able to spaek English but we used a translator to communicate. There is no view but it has a balcony.

Very nice place with a lot of trees and book. Calm and relaxing. Not far from the center, easy to visit the city. For those who do not want to go to the center, they can still find many food shop and cafes nearby (which is what I did when I am so lazy 😋)

This homestay is not "rustic" at all since it's easily accessible from the main road and is just a few steps away from local markets and reasonably-priced restaurants. The host family are really nice people who go out of their way to help the guests. The hostess saved me from getting lost on the road by talking to the van driver on the phone when I was traveling to the island. The hostess's son drove me to the local market close to midnight and helped me buy the fruit I wanted from the sellers. The room was clean and had everything you would need. The hostess and her family cooked me various nutritional breakfasts and also offered me rich dinners with local seafood at a very good price. She also helped me arrange scooter rentals, boat cruises, and bus tickets to other tourist destinations.
