Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Kim makes a different hot breakfast for each day of your stay. Hot items egg dish/pancakes was served with fresh fruit, coffee and Juice. Good start to the day. House has a game room and pool table in dining area and a nice outdoor 2nd floor porch where guest rooms are. Kim was great host and had helpful suggestions on attractions. Neighborhood was quiet and we slept well during our stay. Farewell homemade cookies was a nice touch.
We had a great time at Cheerful Kathy’s! My favorite home stay I have ever done! SO clean, cozy, great location and wonderful hosts. It was safe and private with all amenities you could need and bonus - beautiful appliances and comfortable beds! I would highly recommend. And I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you cheerful Kathy’s!
David is a very good host and very friendly. He has a cosy house, big and comfortable. Although l stayed only one night, l really enjoyed my stay there. David prepared such a good breakfast that l felt at home. Thank you David, it was nice to know you. Cheers :)
