Eunice was a great host. The place is in a great location and the best bang for your buck. We visit cocoa beach often and will definitely be booking with Eunice again.
The pool and the lazy river are clearly the greatest assets of this hotel. Locals even book a room to use the pool. The hotel is better maintained than the pictures would suggest.
