I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to both the beach and restaurants. The listing advertised that it had undergone a complete renovation, but much of it looked like a DIY project. The mother-in-law suite is awful and has bugs.

Location was perfect. Due to the smaller size of the Motel, and the surrounding private homes, the beach was not crowded. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is exceptionally well maintained. As a single mom, staying with my child I felt safe.
