Issac had great communication from the start and provided very easy instructions to and from Puno. We took a local taxi to the port as there was no Uber and the boat ride which is amazing was about 20 min. For an additional cost we opted for an amazing dinner brought to our room. Our fav was the bed which was the comfiest in all of Peru with a king size mattress. Sunset views are spectacular and the serene calm of the lake was an experience. Thank you to Issac and his family for all their hospitality and very warm welcome and goodbye.

Love our stay!!! It was very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very helpful and can arrange everything for us!!One of the most hard working guys I have seen!!! The breakfast is very good and his cooking is great! We love our chifas that he cooked!! It's a great way to see how the local people live. He also offers tours. I was warmly greeted on arrival by the kind lady at reception and shown to my room. The room was much larger than expected, very clean and really good value for money. I had an early boat trip booked for the next morning and they offered to prepare breakfast earlier for me. It’s the little things like this that really go along way when you are travelling. The property is a short walk away from the lake and the main square so perfect location to see/do everything you need to while in Puno.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, always smiling and made us feel like home. They bought coca leaves for us because we had mountain sickness and gave us an entire bag for free. They also allowed us to leave our bags on the last day until the evening so that we could enjoy our tour. We felt very blessed to be welcomed in the inn and we would definitely come back.

Amazing hot shower - good pressure, very hot water. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small heater in the room, which definitely helped to keep the room warmer, taking in account that it was -2-4C outside at night. Breakfast was simple but decent - scrambled egg, fresh juice, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee, etc. Staff was very nice and sweet, I think they spoke only Spanish (though I didn't try any English with them) The internet also worked well, though I didn't use it much
