Very nice place. Lots of comfortable seating in the common areas, beautiful view of the mountains during breakfast (on the top/5th floor), excellent security, a few blocks from the city center, wifi was good (I wrote in a previous review for a previous stay that it was so-so but it was much better during this stay), and super friendly staff (I'm not certain, but I think the staff is all one family who live on site in a private/back area of the hotel). Speaking of staff, while at the bus station I realized 10 minutes before my bus left Huaraz, at 9:45pm, that I didn't have my satellite communicator. I emailed to hotel to inquire about whether they had found it, notc expecting to hear back until the following day They not only replied to my email immediately, but they had it and jumped in their car and got it to me before my bus left! WOW!!!
