Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

Location was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable.Loved waking up to a beautiful view with a wrap around deck. The home had a homely feel to it with stunning detail throughout. The tapa cloth was a gorgeous feature. Spacious and accommodating for large families. I highly recommend as it was value for money and very well equipped.Couldnt fault this property as I was very impressed. Lovely hosts, excellent communication. Look forward to returning 😊
Ala Moana is a great motel, just a short stroll to the town centre.
The room itself was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything you needed if you were eating in. The bathroom was a good size. John was a lovely host and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at Ala Moana if visiting Paihia.
