Oysters/mussels farm is in a walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and has a view to die for! One of the greatest I've ever stayed at, felt like home since the moment I entered the room. Located at the heart of the old town, close to everything by easily walking around. The room was clean, spacious, the brick walls gave it a cozy unique atmosphere which made the stay a pleasure. One more interesting fact about the room which I think is worth mentioning: it was extremely quiet! There were loud pubs on the narrow street, I didn't hear a single sound in my room. Deadly silence. The shower was nice and clean. The staff was kind and helped with any question. I would definitely come back and recommend!

When planning our stay in Kotor Bay I did not realise how perfect it was going to be and it was all thanks to Mirjana. I am so glad that we decided to stay a little bit away from Kotors' noise and hustle in a small place called Prcanj. When we get to the place we were cordially welcomed by our hosts who did not spare a moment to show us their hospitality. Mirjana explained every detail about the apartment and gave us a few tips on where to go shopping for groceries. The apartamani is situated on a steep hill right by the Kotor Bay, so during our stay we could enjoy an amazing view and observe huge cruisers slowly sailing towards Kotor. The shops and restaurants are conveniently close at a walking distance and Kotors' Old Town is only 10 min. away driving. Thank you Mirjana we will definately come back!
