It's a nice place with friendly people. They do their best to give you a comfy and home feeling. I'm the second guest, so they are still in the try-out period. And they do it well! The owner brought me to a place for the breakfast and he brought me to the busstation. It's allowed to use the kitchen. Enough equipement. A good big bed. Everywhere it is super clean! The vieuw from the house is great, ocean vieuw. Its a short walk to 2 beaches, 1 even in a few minutes. Short walk to the lighthouse, to the harbor and just 1 kilometre to the center with a beautiful temple. The owner's friend (Priyankara) will assist you after booking immediately. The place is a small fishing village. The house is on the beach. Very kind father Sam and his dauther cooked fantastic breakfast and dinner. For us not traditional fish for breakfast. They where delish The sunset is beautiful. There is a lighthouse you can visit.

Beautiful location near the beach, awesome people, very good atmosphere. Too bad I couldn't stay longer. I will come back and stay one week next time. There's also this juice bar right next to the homestay. It's lovely! You cannot find a better place in the area.

The largest room with lots of natural light. Comfortable mattress and pillows, plus the first time in 4 weeks there has been a mattress protector! Super friendly host and his aunt makes the best food. Close to nearby cafe for cold drinks with a natural swimming spot.

It all depends on what you’re looking for, but I had a very nice stay here. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. The owner is one of the nicest people I've met; the beach isn't touristy and more of a fishing village area, but it's so authentic! The location is also excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the lighthouse and the city center or temple.

From my point of view, for families with children, if they don't have their own means of transport, transportation anywhere is a bit more complicated, but tuk tuk will take you wherever you want for an affordable price. For other tourists, traveling and transportation is very easy. you can spend time by the pool, which is located in the villa. You can eat and order drinks right in the villa. The staff is very helpful, the food is tasty and the surroundings are nice.

Because we love this place so much we returned for 3 more nights after our yoga-retreat. Immediately we felt like home again. The room has everything we need and is always very clean. The hospitality and awareness of this family is just incredible. Anu remembered our favourite dishes and every day we got a different one for dinner. Same with the breakfast. At the end they even got up in the middle of the night to give us a warm goodbye and a breakfast-parcel that we didn‘t stay hungry at the airport.
