The host (son of the owner) was very nice, accommodating of several requests, had great English and was great to talk to. The breakfast was great as well. The place felt a lot like a B&B, in a good way.

On our walking path for the Via Francigena Sud. Self check in with minimal communication and lack of friendliness unlike other self check-ins we've experienced. Spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable rooms. Very nice bathroom. All very new looking and uncluttered (somewhat bare). Excellent quality linen and towels. Large shared downstairs kitchen although we were uncertain what was or wasn't available for use as no information provided. We self-served breakfast with the food we found in the kitchen. Useful for walkers who want to make an early start.

For start , a beautiful green garden with lemon trees , view also was wonderful from the toon ok top (mountains , sea and sunrise in the morning ). As a present owner leaves free Kimbo coffee , nice sweets (unfortunately I don't eat sugar ) and crackers :-) Thank You for this bonus . Place is clean , towels bedsheets everything. Service was excellent and friendly !

The house is located in a mountainous and very beautiful area. If you enjoy driving, the road there is very exciting. You can also go down to Sperlonga for some great beaches, travel to Gaeta for a great cosy medieval city experience/buy your food and eat at great restaurants. Visit Itri and it's beautiful castle. Gaeta also has some very nice seaside restaurants. All and all I think this residence is great if you want to branch out and see some of the less obvious touristy spots in this part of Italy, it makes for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy the scenery. Personally we stopped there for 3 days as a pitstop in our Italy journey. Personally I can understand that some people have opinions about the position. However the stay was very affordable and I think it's obvious if you are in Italy, you are prepared to move around. If my memory serves me right it's only a 20 minute drive to the sea or Gaeta, hardly a struggle. Especially since it allows you too see what Italy is like. I have also seen opinions that there alot of insects, as if implying this specific spot is prone to more insects than usual. Yes there are insect because it's located in a beautiful natural area, this is the way the world looks regardless of where you are. This posed no struggle for us.

Lovely place to stay! Right across the street from the beach, with a dedicated place for beach chairs. Lots of fantastic restaurants to eat. Our room was spotless! Anna was very friendly and despite our lack of Italian, and her lack of English we were able to communicate. Definitely recommend!
