Everything. Outstanding views, particularly with the grand delux lake view room we had. Rooms were large and immaculate, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was fantastic and Anastasia and the staff could not be more helpful.

Very nice, intimate hotel! This place has a soul! The rooms were renovated, clean, with the coffee machine, fridge, airco and balcony just next to the swimming pool. The garden was very nice to chill and to sunbath. Very nice owners, family business. SOS device under the shower. Breakfast was not too big but good, fresh eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, cake, fruits, jams, nutella etc. and delicious coffee! I really recommend that place! Only half hour to Como. Parking on the property with closed fence. Every room has it's own code so no key needed, VERY GOOD IDEA!

The apartment was very well appointed, clean and in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The instructions for access were very well detailed and we had no problem getting into the apartment. The contact person for the apartment was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

A charming small family run hotel where the bar is a hub for locals drinking beer and playing cards - all truly Italian.
The rooms are clean and simple with very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. It definitely exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. Parking was easy and it was only a 15 min walk to beautiful Lake Como.

Laura was a great host , and her apartment was a great choice for a stay at lake como. the apartment is right next door to a bar and restaurant in a small 'square' and the staff were lovely and even set aside our breakfast order for us , and helped look after our 8 month old why we ate dinner . the shower was great , we would go back if in the area . great value .
It is a new renovation and very comfortable . great sofas, bed and shower . lovely host . slight down side is the tiny road to get to it but fine for a small car . it is possible to walk down the steps to the centre of Cernobbio.
