It was especially nice to have access to a small kitchen and fridge, as well as a washing machine. They also provided drinking water for refilling our water bottles. Most beautifully located on the banks of the river, the simple 2 bedroom, quaint cottage transported me back to the past. The sound of the river flowing by, the chirping of the birds and the crickets was very refreshing. The hostess was very accommodating, the breakfast simple but tasty. There was a pleasant walk by the riverside. It was fairly close to the main road. They were able to arrange good transport at short notice.
