The place was very modern eith a great bathroom and comfy bed. On a main road but double glazed although ee had to sleep with windows open as room vety warm. Stairs are quite steep so hard to carry heavy luggage up. Close to town but we did drive.

In Cork for a gig on Friday night in late June and the price was right. Clean, great shower, towels, toiletories, nice view, quiet but I was hardly in the room. Very friendly hosts. Kitchen if you wanted to bring in food. I did at breakfast. A pastry with a coffee (instant supplied by host via a jar and kettle).

fantastic experience. it’s a 15min drive (EUR17) by taxi. there’s a 24 hour reception and you can drop your bag off if you arrive too early. the apartment is fully fitted (oven, stove, team making facilities, TV) but no washing machine/dryer. A bedroom, living room and kitchen means it can accommodate multiple ppl. Ensuite was clean and centrally located with a 15min walk to the city centre and 20 min drive to blarney castle
