The hotel is situated in a wonderful area close to the consulate district. Leafy, quiet streets, nice parks. About 30 min walk to Trinity College, but close to a number of pubs, a Spar and Tesco. Also about 30 min walk to beach. Airport bus stops 200m away. Owners were very nice. Room was great - very clean and with everything. Coffee machine with pods in room!! Very quiet at night, as room faced to the rear. Price was very good for Dublin. Wifi was good. Note that no breakfast is available.

The rooms were very clean - bathroom and bedroom, assistant was very friendly upon arrival, apartment is situated very close to a Tesco and other bars for a drink. Conveniently close to my office which worked out perfectly. Wifi has a strong connection.

This was a roomy, beautifully appointed accommodation. It is new and spotlessly clean. Everything was provided, with courtesy sweets, milk, coffee, porridge and cereal in-room, a nice kitchen area...even some books to read. Tv was HD and WiFi fast. En suite bathroom had great shower, hot water etc. Rasa was a charming host and even offered to drive me in her own car to a Coach Station at 5am, which was typically kind.
