Location was amazing, within walking distance of the centre of Seminyak with lots of places to eat in the surrounding streets. Tiara was an absolute gem and couldn’t have been more helpful. My room was immaculately clean and the small garden is lovely. AC is very much appreciated after a long day in the heat and the rain head shower just topped it all off.

First and foremost - Tony and Rico are amazing hosts! The whole property is spotless and clean with a kitchen for making food if you wish. There is free water available too. We stayed in the upstairs room which was very spacious with a comfy bed and huge bathroom. The location is also very central in Seminyak and 5 minutes walk from the beach in one direction or the main shopping/bar/restaurant area in the other. The pool sees the sun for most of the day and there are enough loungers for all guests.

The butler service provided by the villa is excellent. They can do everything household related. The pool is clean and clear. 4 rooms you can fit a big group of friends and family here. The location is great. Right next to Potato Head Beach Club and the main street offers a great variety of restaurants and bars.

We had an amazing stay at Umah Watu Villas. It was in a really great location, that was easy to access by scooter, or even walk to nearby restaurants. We didn't meet any other guests during our stay, so we really felt we had a whole private villa and pool for ourselves. The host was very welcoming, and the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here another time.
