Beautiful place. Panagiotis and his wife were lovely hosts! No problems with late checkout. Wonderful views and close to a pizza/bakery and a supermarket as well. The supermarket is open late all weekdays. Short drive with the car to Kalamata city center with its beautiful long beach. Foxy the dog was greeting us all the time and wanted to cuddle. Nice bottle of wine with treats and sweets and cake. The day after our arrival in the morning we got some assorted breakfast treats with feta cheese pies and lovely Greek sweet pastries!

Very good location, nice and quiet, right on the beach of Kalamata next to shops, restaurants and cafes. The host waited for us at 4:30 in the morning with the keys, which was really kind and we appreciate it. We felt welcome and the apartment was very clean. Many thanks to our lovely host for making our stay perfect.

The view from the apartment was amazing and apartment was very comfortable and felt like home during the time we spent in Greece. Great hosts that were really helpful and had eyes for our needs eg they replaced a pillow with a smaller one that worked better. We would recommend this place to anyone.

What a nice staying at Sergey's place! He is such a great host and also his daughter, Daria.They helped us anytime when we needed something. The apartment is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The bed is soft and fluffy, it feels like you sleep on a cloud. Warm water and heating was at all times! A very nice plus is the Terrace, which is like an oasis of relaxation. We really appreciate that we were able to enjoy the nature and fresh air and at the same time we were just 15 minutes away from the city! Thank you, Sergey for everything ! 🙏

The villa is beautiful and located in a very private spot once you make your way up a windy road. The views and facilities are wonderful and the pool area is ideal for a refreshing swim. Lena was a great host. Would recommend this to a group.
