Location was perfect for what we required. The hosts were superb: very friendly and attentive. The house was scrupulously clean and provided all that we needed for our two night stay. The beds were very comfortable. Previous comments regarding a shared bathroom are misplaced - the hosts are only renting one room so the bathroom was available at all times.

We had a lovely stay at The Rosefield. Bob & Linda are very welcoming & nothing is too much trouble. The beds are lovely & comfy, & everywhere is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious & plenty of choice. Only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Weymouth.

The guesthouse was perfectly located for all the activities and restaurants of Weymouth. The rooms was well presented and extremely clean with great facilities. The owners were welcoming and we were greeted each morning with a smile. Breakfasts were excellent, with great portion sizes.
