The location was perfect, and simplicity of the place was ideal. It was just what we wanted, no fuss, easy to come and go as we pleased. The place was clean and well-equipped, we really couldn't have asked for more.

Our favourite place to stay in Newmarket! We love it, it really feels like a home from home for us. It's a beautiful house, the rooms are always spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The decor is awesome 😊 The kitchen has everything you need, cooking facilities if you want to make food. Coffee and tea etc. Close to the town centre. Lots of options nearby if you want to eat out. Alex is a great host and make a super breakfast! The guest house is a lovely comfortable place to stay.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Absolutely spotless “loft” apartment with an extremely comfortable bed.
The owner left milk, water, pain au chocolate, tea, coffee and sugar which was very much appreciated.
Lovely walk near the house to a beautiful conservation area which our little dog loved.

Absolutely lovely host! On the first evening we got there the heating wasn’t working, host had someone out to fix it within hour! Clean property! Very spacious, lovely quiet area and garden overlooked a field with sheep, very peaceful environment

The pub is well situated in the village and looks nice from the outside. It's clearly popular with locals, and has a good-sized car park. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the room and the bathroom, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The colour scheme in the bedroom was unusual and attractive and there was a nice print on the wall. There was a ceiling fan, which was welcome as it was a hot evening, and the tea and coffee tray was also welcome.
