The owners gave us a very warm welcome and the property had a lovely ambience. Everything was perfect!
The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine .
Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance.
Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet!

The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn!
We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

David was a great host, really helpful and pleasant and he keeps a lovely, comfortable home where we were made to feel very welcome. The location is perfect for trains to/from Edinburgh as it is less than a 5 minute walk to Armadale station with direct access to both Waverly and Newmarket which was perfect for the concert we were attending at Murrayfield. My evening meal on both nights of my stay were tasty enough and the restaurant certainly seemed very popular with the locals, as getting a table was a challenge. .
