I think he was trying to be a polite, helpful businessman, maybe he couldn't explain that cleaning costs more money, or maybe he just sells cleaning services to those who want to pay for it. No one takes this room at the price that he wants, and he supplements the price with cleaning services to the desired one. It's a good idea to sell so housing for poor people. The Landlord was very friendly without beeing unobtrusive. The garden was so nice and it was super quiet in the garden house. The room had everything we needed. Unfortunately we couldn't say thank you and good bye. We absolutely recommend this place and we will be back!
