Health and safety was poor no one there when you arrive at the property bedding change once in 18 days only one pillow per person I have asked for another pillow I didn't get it. no washing up liquid pervided I asked for it was refused so each guest must bring own washing up liquid for common use kitchen. People leave left over foods in fridge and go back but no one dispose this food for weeks and it's health issues. No staff working at property only on cleaning lady coming when someone moved out she change bedding and go no fire safety devices and in case of fire no staff to help. When you call owner you will be lucky if he answers your call. Booking.com also told me that they tried to call owner but no reply. I have waste money and 18 days come back home very disappointed booking.com waste of time when I made my complaint out come was not good enough. I will not trust booking.com because they should have checked property management and property meeting health and safety standards and owners have safety certificate for building which I do not accept this property sunset lodge have.
